I discovered a great pink champagne called Chandon when I was in Panama in January. But guess what? Safeway and World Market have it so I'm sure it's readily available at lots of USA stores. I plan to use a less expensive brand for the mimosa and serve the Chandon solo- cuz it deserves it. At about $17 a bottle, it's a great deal!
