June 2009 – The theme for June 2009 is the Mimosa Brunch. There are so many weddings and graduations going on it is the perfect time for a break from all the festivities to regroup with the girlfriends and make plans for the summer.

I love this idea and am making my plans for a mimosa brunch this June! I discovered a great pink champagne called Chandon when I was in Panama in January. But guess what? Safeway and World Market have it so I’m sure it’s readily available at lots of USA stores. I plan to use a less expensive brand for the mimosa and serve the Chandon solo- cuz it deserves it. At about $17 a bottle, it’s a great deal!
